This 8.28 kW photovoltaic system was installed for Monona homeowners who were looking for a good investment. They wanted to offset the majority of their electrical usage while addressing environmental concerns.
The system was designed to be as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. It consists of 23 high-efficiency black monocrystalline Q Cells modules and Enphase inverters.
The solar installation will offset 90% of the homeowners’ electric usage and lead to an expected savings of $47,280 over its lifetime. The homeowners will save $1,520 in the first year with an expected payoff in 11 years.
